When you have a high-intensity trial to prepare for, you need to make sure
everything goes as smoothly as possible. Our dedicated experts are available to

Experienced Techs
Every technician is a full-time TrialSupport and OnCue Certified trial specialist. Any exhibit is on the screen in 1 second, then enlarged and/or highlighted. Same fast execution forlast-second impeachment clips, Opening/Closing PowerPoint changes, or a surprise remote witness.
Courtroom Equipment
Our Equipment team can install any equipment needed to complement the court’s existing setup. We’ll survey the courtroom and make recommendations for items such as larger counsel monitors, quiet mini printers, backup speakers, or MIFI.
Exhibit Tracking
You’ll get a daily report of all exhibits presented and admitted by date, time and witness. Our software automatically tracks this, so you can match up with the court reporter and clerk record. We can even export all exhibit callouts and specific paragraphs shown to the jury by either party.
24/7 Remote Trial Support
You can lean on our 24/7 remote support and paralegal team for urgent trial tasks. We can help with a quick video clip, changes to your closing PowerPoint, a print job, and more.
Additionally, all trial docs are securely synced to the cloud for quick and easy access.
War-Room Setup
Need local war-room support? Our concierge team can assist with anything from IT and networking services to counsel and paralegal work stations and basic office supplies. We’ll have someone on standby to assist whenever you need it.
Remote Witness Support
We’ll prepare in advance to make sure Remote Witnesses are courtroom ready, when possible. We’ll have any technology set-up and be ready to show any exhibits over any service including Zoom and Teams.
On-Site Graphics
With a graphics intensive case, you may want an artist on-site to provide in-person support. They can work with war-room teams and experts during the day for evening review by lead counsel. These resources are also available remotely if preferred.
Printing Support
In 99% of trials, counsel needs something printed last-minute, which is why we include a color laser printer as part of our standard setup. If you need an exhibit, Judge order, prior ruling, impeachment exhibit, modified demonstrative, or anything else printed, our techs will be ready.
Courtroom WiFi
Only about half of courtrooms have reliable WiFi. Since most trial teams rely on connectivity to access files or do research, we’ll determine WiFi speeds ahead of time and recommend the best MIFI cellular carrier for your courtroom.
